Carolyne Rodriguez, LCSW, ACSW

Carolyne Rodriguez directs the child welfare related systems improvement work for Casey Family Programs in Texas. Texas Strategic Consulting involves a collaborative effort between Casey and the state child welfare agency and involves multiple stakeholders and community partners across Texas. Ms. Rodriguez has worked in the child welfare field for over 35 years, focused primarily on children's foster care at both the direct service and administrative levels. Her current work focuses on overseeing and leading work specific to broad, systemic changes in such areas as foster care, kinship care, transition services for young adults leaving the foster care system, and addressing disproportionality and disparate outcomes of children of color in the child welfare system.

Ms. Rodriguez earned her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Texas At Austin and her masters in social work from Our Lady of the Lake University, Worden School of Social Service in San Antonio.
