Andrea Sparks

Andrea Sparks is director of public policy and outreach for Texas CASA.  She provides legislative and public policy advocacy.  Her past experiences include being an attorney on CPS, juvenile and adoption cases, staff attorney at the Texas Supreme Court and a legislative aide for U.S. Sen. John Breaux. She earned her bachelors degree from Tulane University and her law degree at The University of Texas School of Law.
