IBM's ¡TradúceloAhora! (TranslateNow!) software program is offering CASA programs an innovative solution to some of the challenges in recruiting and retaining Hispanic volunteers. Using IBM's WebSphere® Translation Server software, schools and nonprofit organizations around the world are successfully using English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English translation to bridge the language barrier. Voz de Ninos and CASA of El Paso have been piloting this software for CASA programs and will share their experiences and how the software has helped their programs with volunteer recruitment.
