Experienced and highly effective Board members know it is critical to regularly conduct evaluations of the quality of their Board operations and then to attend to the results of those evaluations during the year. Evaluations need not take a long time, but short, practical evaluations can be transformational for a Board.  The best time to do a Board evaluation is now.  Participants will be introduced to several effective tools. Using PowerPoint presentation, handouts and group discussions participants can compare and contrast surveys/questionnaires to determine the best tool for their board.
